It is a comfortable central and stylish property located in Eixample district adjacent to the beach, arts and science and around the city centre, science museum, opera and aquarium, and a restaurant district.

It was great value for money and included wifi and the rooms were quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The multilingual staff were very helpful and the location was about half way between the Science Museum complex and the city centre, a 20 min walk fm the train station.

THE LOCATION. CLEANING. SILENT. VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS. SPACIOUS. PARKING ( MUST BE RESERVED ). QUICK CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT.
WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER. WE COULDN'T WASH OUR HAIR BECAUSE IT WAS JUST DRIPPING FROM THE ARTICHOKE. ON THE OTHER TAPS THERE WAS PRESSURE, BUT NOT IN THE SHOWER. WE CONTACTED THE RECEPTION AND TOLD THEM TO CHANGE OR CLEAN THE SHOWER HEAD AND WENT TO VISIT THE CITY. WE ARRIVED VERY LATE AT NIGHT AND THE NEXT MORNING WE WANTED TO TAKE A SHOWER AND WASH OUR HAIR (THE DAY BEFORE WE COULDN'T!!!) AND SURPRISINGLY IT WAS STILL THE SAME..THERE WAS NO PRESSURE!! ANOTHER DAY WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO WASH OUR HAIR. THEY HADN'T DONE ANYTHING!!! WE WENT DOWN TO THE RECEPTION AND COMPLAINED AND THEY TOLD US WHAT MAINTENANCE HAD FIXED THE PROBLEM! LIE!!! I INVITED THE RECEPTIONIST TO WASH HER HAIR TO SEE IF SHE WAS CAPABLE, BUT OBVIOUSLY SHE DIDN'T WANT TO. THEN HE TOLD US THAT IT WAS "NORMAL" THAT ON THE EIGHTH FLOOR THERE WOULD BE NO PRESSURE! SO IF YOU GET A ROOM IN THAT HOTEL ON A HIGHER FLOOR YOU KNOW YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO SHOWER PROPERLY... IN A FOUR STAR HOTEL!!!!!!!! SO WE PAY 108 EUROS PER NIGHT JUST TO SLEEP...IMPOSSIBLE TO WASH, WITHOUT THROWING AN HOUR TO REMOVE THE SOAP FROM THE BODY ( THE HAIR TO FORGET). LIKE ¨ "GRACIA" INVITED US TO TWO BOTTLES OF WATER THAT WE HAD TAKEN FROM THE MINIBAR. ALTHOUGH EVERYTHING ELSE IS VERY GOOD I MUST SAY THAT IT IS USELESS IF I CAN'T TAKE A PROPER SHOWER.

Our six-day stay at the Dimar Hotel has been exceptional. We were three people and room was very spacious and bright. Great cleanliness. beds and pillows were very comfortable, all the details were very well taken care of (large minibar, you can make coffee and tea in the room, there is an iron.. fantastic bathroom. hotel staff is very friendly and they were very nice. location of the hotel is also unbeatable, 10 minutes from the Old Town, next to the immense garden of the Turia River, also very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. easy access, easy parking and with many services, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. We can't put any problem to it.
If we had to put in a few extra pounds it would be for the value for money of the breakfast. 12 euros per person per day for a fairly normal buffet. But just downstairs there is a cafeteria where you can have a great breakfast with a wide offer and at a very good price. So one thing made up for the other ;)

Just the lack of Car Parking, the adjacent Garage charged EUR 17.50 for 12 hours overnight

Modern, clean, well located hotel. Nice, brightly lit bathroom - English tv channels, good free wi-fi connection and close to bus for Sciences Museum - take Bus 95 -outside hotel. Bus 2 takes you to train station. Hotel staff ready to help. Very good breakfast selection. Quiet room if facing back of hotel. Front end more noisy but good insulation. Big rooms with lots of cupboard. Kettle with tea/coffee. ATM/banks all around. 10 minute walk to town centre to catch Valencia tour. Highly recommended. Book via Booked.net cos its cheaper than hotel website.Had bad experience in other hotel and had to move quickly. Staff checked me in early and most accommodating.
Shower is in bath - so those with knee problems will have difficulty to climb in. Poor gym selection. No swimming pool. No beauty salon for a treatment.

The hotel has a fine view from the balcony of the junior suite.
There was a lack of signage for senior access areas, making navigation difficult.

Everything about this hotel was excellent for a stay at this time of year. It is modern, clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was superb with a huge choice, good service and a pleasant environment. We had booked into another hotel for three more days but only stayed one night and returned to Dimar. The location is busy but the double glazing effective and the air con good. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and it is well paced for the old city, the shoppoing areas the Tutia gardens and the Arts and Sciences centre. All walkable.
On occasions there was a 'drain' smell. The lack of an outside space could be problem for some people but it is close to the Turia gardens and other open spaces.

Had a lovely junior suite with a fine balcony view. Walls are thin. You can hear other guests easily. Lots of nearby restaurants for a variety of dining options. Great location near Turia Gardens for outdoor activities.

Spacious and quiet rooms. Well conditioned. Minibar inside. Bathrooms equipped with a hair drier, the XL size towels and all necessary hygiene accessories. Close to the massive park leading towards the City of Arts and Science.
The bath itself has a weird, massive, i'd say dangerously protruding half a meter tap. I have never seen anything like this before.
